Once you click apply now, you will be directed to an external platform where you would have to take an online assessment. There are four different types of assessment: aptitude, personality, Situational judgement game, and language. You would have to score well in each test to be able to proceed to the next step.
Please find a quiet place with minimal distraction so you can focus on the tests and ensure you have good quality of connection while doing the assessment. At the end of the assessment, you're required to submit your CV. So please have them ready and updated.
The objective of the HR interview is to assess your potential and validate whether you have the “Danone DNA”. Please prepare as if you will attend an offline interview, meaning you should dress up professionally for it.
You will be asked to solve a business case related to the department. This session will take approximately 2 (two) hours. Please ensure you’re in a conducive place and prepare a pen and paper to write down your thinking or arguments.
Although it may be scary to meet the Director, please use this opportunity to share your ambition and how you could contribute to the success/ growth of the function. Just relax, enjoy the opportunity to share your thoughts and have that meaningful conversation with them.
The objective of the test is to understand the risk prospects which will then enable us to manage these risks in the workplace. With your information, we can avoid illness or injury to the applicant or fellow employee and to ensure the food safety.
You will have an induction week with the other Management Trainees and embark on your meaningful learning journey and career.
